Easiest Bunny Applique
Hi! It's all about those cute buns over here! A few months ago we gifted our daughter a holland lop bunny. She is the cutest little bun and Harper named her Nilla (like a nilla wafer). The inspiration behind the Mylah Bunny Crochet Pattern was Nilla and her cute floppy ears. Check out that pattern HERE
Now that it's almost Easter, it's time to bust out all of the decor. If you know me...I love simple minimalist seasonal decor. Crochet bunny garlands are every where in big box stores right now, and I think this simple pattern might be the cutest one I have seen so far. (but I am a little biased)
There is a video of the pattern, as well as the written pattern below. I hope you enjoy this free pattern and can't wait to see how you use your lil bunnies! I am going to make a cute little garland out of mine.
Bunny Applique Pattern:
Materials: 5 mm hook & worsted weight yarn.
ch - chain
dc - double crochet
hdc - half double crochet
sl st - slip stitch
ch 4, sl st back into the first st to make a ring.
Round 1: ch 3, 16 dc into the ring, sl st to the top of the ch 3
Round 2: ch 3, dc into the same st as the join, 3 dc in the next st, ch 6, working back down the chain, 5 hdc, sl st around the last dc, ch 5, working back down the chain, 4 hdc, sl st around the last dc, sl st into the next stitch of the first round and fasten off.
